Global Growth Hacks for India’s Future Women Entrepreneurs
Ahmedabad: A Vibrant Launch of SheExports Aspire For Her, in partnership with SEED and supported by Payoneer, made a dynamic debut in Ahmedabad with an influential event called SheExports, held at the Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub). This gathering brought together innovative entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and aspiring businesswomen to explore strategies for global growth and compliance.
Payoneer, a leading fintech company that empowers small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to thrive in international markets, has joined forces with Aspire For Her (AFH), an organization dedicated to helping women-led service businesses in India expand globally, alongside SEED.
Through this impactful collaboration, Aspire For Her is launching SheExports – a transformative initiative designed to guide Indian women entrepreneurs toward international success. This community-focused program features an 11-city national roadshow, with Ahmedabad serving as the significant sixth stop on this empowering journey.
“Ahmedabad stands at the crossroads of tradition and transformation. Today, we celebrate the incredible energy, ambition, and resilience of the women shaping its future. SheExports is more than just an event; it’s a movement to empower, inspire, and build a community where women uplift one another,” remarked Saloni Vaishnav, Marketing Manager APAC and PR Lead at Payoneer.
The Ahmedabad chapter was officially launched by Madhura Da sGupta Sinha, Founder & CEO of Aspire For Her, who is spearheading the mission to integrate one million women into the workforce by 2025 and ten million by 2030. As a visionary leader driving this initiative, Madhura DasGupta Sinha is transforming aspirations into global success stories through SheExports. “Ahmedabad is a city brimming with entrepreneurial spirit,” she expressed. “Today’s discussions aimed to further ignite that spark among women entrepreneurs.”
The event commenced with an engaging Fireside Chat on “Scaling Hacks,” featuring Viral Vora, Founder & CEO of CFirst, COGBEE, and CAYPRO, in conversation with Anuj Kanwar, Advisor at Aspire For Her. With over 20 years of experience, Viral shared his journey in creating inclusive, AI-driven HR tech platforms serving clients in North America, the UK, and Europe. He provided actionable strategies for international scaling, emphasizing the need to combine human insight with technology, create bias-free recruitment systems, and foster a globally agile mindset. “In today’s unpredictable landscape of shifting geopolitics and trade policies, achieving business success requires more than hard work; it demands persistence, adaptability, and resilience. For cross-border enterprises, staying alert and strategically agile is essential to navigate constant global changes,” asserted Viral Vora during his discussion.
Following this, a practical masterclass titled “Export Compliance: Beyond Borders” was led by Swati Panchal, Co-Founder of i47 Global Venture Specialists. Swati explained the complexities of international trade regulations, equipping attendees with actionable strategies to confidently navigate global markets. Her session highlighted the importance of preparedness, regulatory awareness, and adaptability as fundamental pillars for cross-border success. “The entrepreneurial spirit in Ahmedabad is extraordinary. Women here are redefining norms and making significant impacts,” Swati noted, praising the city’s enterprising energy.
SheExports aims to bridge the gap by providing women entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and mentorship necessary to thrive on the global stage. The event concluded with a networking session that fostered valuable connections and collaborations among women entrepreneurs.
