New Delhi: Ms. Dimple Goenka, Founder of Saaransh Foundation and Co-founder of Bholaram Education Society, has been conferred the Distinguished Fellowship of the International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners (IFIP) in recognition of her sustained contribution to the advancement of inclusive education.

The prestigious honour was presented at the inaugural World Inclusion Conference (WIC) India 2026, held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The conference marked India’s first and South Asia’s largest gathering focused on advancing inclusion across society and brought together practitioners, educators, institutions and inclusion leaders from across the region.
The World Inclusion Conference India 2026 was organised by AFAIRS, the exclusive Strategic Partner of IFIP for the South Asia region, providing a global platform for dialogue, collaboration and recognition in the field of inclusion.
Through her leadership at Saaransh Foundation and its vocational arm, Pehchaan, Ms. Goenka has been instrumental in developing pathways that connect neurodiverse individuals with education, vocational skills and opportunities for dignified independence. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to creating more inclusive learning and social environments where individuals with diverse abilities can participate, develop their potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
The Distinguished Fellowship of IFIP recognises the depth and impact of this work and places Ms. Goenka among practitioners contributing to the global discourse on inclusive education and inclusion.
The recognition is also a significant milestone for Saaransh Foundation and the Bholaram Education Society, reaffirming their shared commitment to building an ecosystem where inclusion is embedded in education, skill development and community participation. It further reflects the inclusive ethos associated with Delhi Public School, Gandhinagar, and the broader educational community.
Ms. Goenka’s induction as a Distinguished Fellow of IFIP represents a notable recognition of India’s growing contribution to the global movement for inclusive education and serves as an encouragement to institutions and practitioners working towards a more equitable and inclusive society.
